My hamster had a heart attack and lived.. should I be concerned about her future health?

I have a female dwarf hamster she is about a year old now and today while she was running in her weel she fell out all of a sudden and was laying on her back . she had very shallow breathing and then she started twitching. I immediately took her out of the cage and held her in my hand. her heart beat was rapid and her eyes were watering and she was not moving anymore at this point. I held her until she started to show vital signs (blinking twitching her nose ect.) She is doing fine now but I am concerned about her health in the future now. should I expect more of these? will she possibly not survive the next one? or even more important will she not survive this one even with showing these signs of recovery? Im worried she is fine on the outside but something might be wrong inside.
