Kendall tells Ryan that even though she is staying at the house with Zach she is commited to him. Zach and Erica rush Ian to the hospital as he stops breathing. Zach tries to call Kendall but Kendall turns off her phone thinking her conversation with Ryan is more important. Erica calls Ryan and Kendall and Ryan rush to PBH where they all learn that Ian is in congestive heart failure. David tells them their options.
